Purpose of the site
The site is informational: it presents the ACME — Life Design mentorship programme, public speaking and the entrepreneurial projects of Corneliu Său. The published information — including about programmes, editions and events — does not constitute a public offer; the specific terms of participation, including price, are agreed individually.
Forms and enrolment
Submitting a form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A place in the ACME programme is confirmed after a fit conversation and payment of the participation fee, on terms communicated individually. Please enter accurate, current details in the forms — otherwise we cannot reach you. The processing of form data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The texts, photographs, videos and visual identity of the site belong to Corneliu Său or to the respective rights holders. Personal, non-commercial viewing and brief quotation with attribution and a link to the site are permitted. Copying, reproducing or distributing the materials for other purposes requires the operator's prior written consent. Press features on the Media page belong to the respective publications — the site only quotes and links to the source.
Acceptable use
It is forbidden to disrupt the operation of the site, attempt unauthorised access to its infrastructure, automatically harvest its content or data (scraping), or send bulk, false or unlawful messages through the forms. Technical anti-spam measures may temporarily limit form submissions from an address that abuses them.
Links to third-party resources
The site links to external resources: tandem.md, tandemcasa.ro, social networks, YouTube and the publications in the Media section. Those resources have their own terms and privacy policies, for which the operator of this site bears no responsibility.

The information on the site is general in nature and provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the site. The results of participating in the presented programmes depend on each participant's involvement; nothing on this site constitutes financial, legal or other professional advice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. Any dispute is first addressed amicably; failing that, it falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the version in force is always the one published on this page, with the update date in the header. Continued use of the site after changes are published means you accept them.
Language of this document
These terms are published in Romanian, Russian and English. In case of discrepancies, the Romanian version prevails.
