Only what you voluntarily enter in the site's forms: name, phone, email, city, company, your message and — depending on the form — event details (name, date, audience size, format). When a form is submitted we also record the visit source (UTM tags and the referring page) to understand which communication channels work.
The site runs no analytics and does not track visitors. We build no advertising profiles, never sell or share data with third parties for their own purposes, and use no geolocation. Your IP address is never stored in raw form: for spam protection we keep only an irreversible cryptographic fingerprint (salted hash) from which the address cannot be reconstructed. Simply browsing the site leaves no personal data with us.
To answer your request, to organise your participation in the ACME programme or an event and — only with your consent — to send you information about future editions. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box in the form, and, for anti-spam measures, our legitimate interest in protecting the site.
Requests are stored on a server we manage, located in the Republic of Moldova. A copy of each request is automatically appended to a Google Sheets table the team uses to keep track of enquiries; Google acts there as a processor on the controller's behalf under its own data-protection commitments. Site traffic passes through Cloudflare's infrastructure (attack protection and content delivery), which transiently processes IP addresses for that sole purpose.
Some pages contain videos embedded via the privacy-enhanced domain youtube-nocookie.com, and a Google Maps map on the TANDEM page. These services load only when you reach them and may collect data under Google's own policies only once you interact with them (playing a video, using the map). Social network links are plain links with no tracking widgets.
We keep requests for as long as the purpose you sent them for requires, but no longer than 3 years after our last interaction with you, after which they are deleted or anonymised. You may request deletion at any time without waiting for that term.
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable form, object to processing and withdraw your consent at any time — without affecting the lawfulness of processing already carried out. Write to [email protected]; we reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: CNPDCP in the Republic of Moldova, ANSPDCP in Romania, or the authority of your country.
We process data in accordance with Law no. 133/2011 of the Republic of Moldova on personal data protection and, for visitors from the European Union, with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Any change is published on this page with an updated date in the header. For material changes to how data is processed we will show a visible notice on the site.
This policy is published in Romanian, Russian and English. In case of discrepancies, the Romanian version prevails.
